Group Fitness/Wellness Challenge Director
Our group fitness and Essential Yoga classes, as well as our Playcenters, follow the snow/ice schedule of the school district the club is in. If schools are two-hours late, then we cancel our morning classes up to 10 am. Please listen for the school district our clubs sit in (Centralia club follows only Centralia School District delays; Chehalis follows Chehalis School District delays). Group Fitness Class Descriptions
This full body, ballet inspired workout mixes elements of yoga, dance, Pilates and functional training. It’s low-impact, easy on the joints and intense on your muscles. Through isolated movements, you’ll build long, lean muscle while improving posture, grace and flexibility.
Butts N’ Guts
Tighten and lift glutes, thighs and legs while working your abdominal muscles. This class using functional movements, cardio and a variety of equipment to help achieve your core & lower body goals.
Core & Flex
A full body stretch using movements that flow smoothly to increase flexibility, decrease muscle tension, develop core strength, and improve muscular balance.
High energy, up tempo, upbeat sweat fest hour of cycling set to today’s hottest hits. This class will incorporate some upper body movements to the music, as well as classic, high intensity spin challenges. While all fitness levels are welcome, this is a high-intensity, moderate to high impact class.
This 60 minute cycling class will keep your msucles guessing! Rock N Roll music will guide you through this fun cycling class. You’ll have the classic hills, sprints & mountain climbs on your bike, then come off the bike for various strength training movements. Cardio + strength training = maxim results. This class is great for people looking for a full body workout, or are new to spinning.
High-Intensity Interval Training drives this 60-minute class. You’ll be in the saddle & out of the saddle, sprinting up hills & down hills in this cardiovascular class. This is a high-intensity workout that alternates between bursts of cardio and short recovery periods.
Cycle Level 1
Learn to Conquer hills, win sprints, lose weight, tone legs and experience energy in this indoor spinning class. Great for all fitness levels, especially beginners looking for an intense cardio workout.
Rock N Roll music will guide you through this fun cycling class. You’ll have the classic hills, sprints & mountain climbs on your bike for 30 minutes, then come off the bikes for 30 minutes of Barre workout. Barre is a ballet-inspired workout that mixes elements of yoga, dance, Pilates and functional training. It’s low-impact, easy on the joints and intense on your muscles. Through isolated movements, you’ll build long, lean muscle while improving posture, grace and flexibility.
Cycle Level 2 & 3
Much like our level 1 class but with higher intensity segments mixed in. This class is an uptempo, high energy cycling class that brings the outdoors inside! This interval based workout will take you through sprints, hills and mountains, to achieve your fitness goals.
A bodyweight focused class integrated with metabolic cardio exercises and weight intervals. Build strength, endurance, power, speed & overall confidence to achieve all of your fitness and lifestyle goals.
Hydroworks – In The Pool!
Twelve times more resistant than land-based exercise that uses the same intensity. Rewards of hard work include smaller waist lines, increased muscle strength, flexible hamstrings, and reduced lower back pain. Low to no impact with high fitness returns!

Kettlebell AMPD ™
Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music, your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into calorie torching fun. 5-15lb kettlebell are used and is perfect for all fitness levels.
P90X is a total-body workout that will keep your body guessing—and transforming—with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.
Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout. PiYo LIVE cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you shape sleek arms, flat abs, and a lifted butt—no equipment needed.
Strength training classes are essential building blocks you need to help transform your body. Pure Strength will teach you proper form and technique as your improve overall muscular strength and endurance. This class uses all types of fitness equipment.
Pre-Choreographed group strength training designed to be used with a platform of free weights. Each month emphasizes a varied set of exercises and training that gives you pleasing results.
Revolution – Indoor Cycling
Revolution is an uptempo, high energy cycling class that brings the outdoors inside! This interval based workout will take you through sprints, hills and mountains, to achieve your fitness goals.
Plateau shattering exercises and rip-roaring new tunes shape the landscape for a RIP workout. Work hard, play hard, then embrace life with confidence. RIP reshapes your body, your strength routine, and your thought process. Work head-to-toe using simple equipment — a weighted bar, dumbbells, and a step, tackling various speeds, positions, and rhythms. Instructors lead the way through major and minor muscle groups, educating with the “why” behind the “how.”
SeniorFIT is a low impact conditioning class for older adults. It alternates resistance tool work with aerobic conditioning. This class will improve strength, flexibility, endurance, balance, coordination and agility.
Muscular STrength & Range of Movement. We use a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
A great class to learn yoga. While traditional yoga uses mats on the floor, we use a chair. This class emphasizes stretching, coordination of breath with movement and attention to creating increased mobility and flexibility. Good for people who are new to yoga, experiencing joint sensitivity or other physical limitations.
This class infuses heart-pounding step aerobics movements along with stretch & flexibility training to improve core function and torch calories.
Burn massive amounts of calories with an addictive workout that combines kickboxing, sports drills, and dance moves within a party atmosphere. You’ll kick, punch and groove away in this action-packed, super-fun, effective cardio workout.
Hate to exercise but love to dance? This is for you! Zumba is a fusion of Latin/international inspired music and dance moves creating an exciting and effective workout.
