YOUR MEMBERSHIP CARD
To protect your rights as a member, you will be required to stop and scan in with your membership card each time you visit the club. Each member is required to have a photo taken by our reception staff for security purposes.
TRIAL MEMBERS
Trial Members must be 18 years or older and complete a membership agreement. A valid I.D. (driver’s license, military I.D.), proof of a local address and a valid credit card must be provided at time of sign-up. Coupon must be presented at time of membership registration.
TERMINATION POLICY
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) members are allowed a 30 day written cancellation notice. Any cancellation received with less than 30 days notice will result in a final withdrawal at their following draft date for the total monthly membership cost.
LOCKER
Day-use lockers are available. Please provide your own lock to secure your belongings. Thorbeckes is not responsible for any property that is lost or stolen. Long term locker rentals are offered for members with an open contract or 12 month or longer term membership (depending on availability.)
TOWEL SERVICE
Complimentary workout towels are provided at the front desk. Shower towels are available for rent. Please use disinfectant spray & paper towel to wipe down equipment after use. Unlimited Towel Service/month $10.00

Member Services Training
Every member at Thorbeckes is encouraged to meet with one of our fantastic Member Services Trainers. This complimentary orientation is a chance for us to get to know you, find out your fitness goals, and for you to learn more about our equipment, programs, and services that will help you reach your goals.
Our H.E.L.P. program is also available to you at the time of this appointment.
