Health Education Lifestyle Planning is a personalized program based upon your unique body composition, daily activity level and exercise program. By gathering essential information regarding your  lean body mass, basal metabolic rate, current weight statistics; along with answering detailed questions about your eating and exercising habits, our Member Services Trainers will provide you with a comprehensive report to help guide you to a healthier, more fit YOU!
