STRONG by ZUMBA incorporates music to every move inspiring you to work harder during this high intensity interval training workout. STRONG has been added to Saturday mornings in Chehalis starting at 8:45am. Dynamic Bootcamp follows at 10am.
PiYo combines the best of Pilates and Yoga for muscle-sculpting, core firming movements that target all muscles big and small! To get your weekend off on a great start, try PiYo in Centralia Fridays at 4:30pm; or in Chehalis Tuesdays at 8:45am.
Other changes in the group fitness schedule include TurboKick Thursdays at 4:30pm.
STRIDE and CIZE have been removed.
