POSEIDON AQUATIC CLUB
is a USA Swimming program
that participates in Pacific
Northwest Swimming (PNS), the local USA swimming organization
representing nearly 5,000 athletes in western
Washington. PNS offers
competition for all ability levels, age 5 and over.
Poseidon uses a disciplined and
technical approach to help swimmers make choices that lead to
success in a competitive environment. Nutrition, core
strength, flexibility, and an integrated swimming program are
offered.
Much more than a lesson, our
team offers your child a well-rounded conditioning program.
Coaches are trained in the conduct of youth sports and the
technical aspects of competitive swimming, offering a balance
of fun and skill development.

*Entry Requirements: Comfortable in deep water, able to blow
bubbles and swim 12.5 meters. Swimmers must sign up for M/W
or Saturday Session.

*Entry Requirements: Swim a 100 IM legally (regardless of
time); Push off and streamline to flags with dolphin kick;
Kick 4 x 25 @ :45; Acquire basic understanding of pace clock
(leave on top, 5 seconds apart); Listen and follow
directions from the coach.
Swimmers must sign up for M/W or Saturday Session

Training Fees are
in addition to your individual or family membership. Training
includes stroke drill, instruction and systematic conditioning
for optimal performance. Age, physical maturity and experience
determine placement. Junior & Senior Team members are also
